The Full Monti!

It's been a long while since I posted, Of course there are still pics waiting to be uploaded and stories in the que to be told. But I thought I would commit to this one and put it out there.

So many things have transpired. To begin with Henderson starts Montessori Pre-school August 6th. Oh my god!! I can barely contain myself!! The handbook for the school came a few weeks ago and I read it and re-read all of the policies and procedures and it was GOOD STUFF!!! One thing I found interesting is that they don't want you to dress the kids in any clothes that you wouldn't mind getting dirt, dust or paint on!!! Heck...there goes H's wardrobe! And I was plotting to buy more clothes (very H-Like ensembles) for the first days of school. Patoeey!!! What kind of get-up is this? But I get it, the kids will play and have loads of fun and I am looking forward to it. Heck, I won't be able to afford "ensembles"anyway once the tuition gets rolling. My plan is to pay for school 2 to 3 months in advance. Then I will spend one month recuperating and eating fruit-roll ups for lunch and then hopefully back to normal until tuition is due again.

We have already received two birthday party invitations from other kids at the school, WOWZER!!!! Niceeee parties too!!! We haven't yet attended any but plan to very soon. There is a parent directory that is online so I guess it is customary for EVERYONE to be invited to the party.

My only sadness about his whole thing is missing Mrs. D ( I will have to compose another post dedicated solely to her and her dedication to Henderson!!! Our last day will actually be July 20th. She starts her vacation that week and so do we! We are going to Orlando for the obligatory Disney visit and the beach!!! and when we return she will have another vacation week and the next week school starts!! :0

Keep your fingers crossed for another baby, and then I can stay with Mrs. D and still send H to montisorri school - while eating a 1/4 of a fruit roll-up....yummmm!!!
